ICE Condo Towers
Construction update on the ICE Condo Towers from the corner of York and Bremner in the heart of Southcore Financial Centre. ICE Condo being developed by Lanterra Developments, is set to rise 57 and 67 floors. The current taller tower is set to be 57 floors, and looks to have about 2 more floors to go before it tops out. And the second currently shorter tower will rise 67 floors. These towers are in the heart of a new tourist strip on Bremner located alongside the Air Canada Centre, the CN Tower, Rogers Centre (Skydome) Ripley's Aquarium (soon to open) and the Metro Convention Centre along with a slew of hotels, and Harbourfront to the south.
