Toronto's Entertainment District Set For Big Changes

There are a lot of huge towers going up in the Entertainment District

There was a time that the Entertainment District of Toronto was code word for Drunk Kids from the 905 throwing up on the sidewalk, and beating up homeless people. Now, and finally, things are changing, for the better. The Entertainment District is moving upscale, the age demographic is also moving up, as families move into an area that was once (and still is to a degree) home to big box clubs, and thundering bass of R & B and Techno Music. The change is being driven my the condo development that has been enveloping the city for the past 12 years or so, and hit full speed from 2006 to the present.
