Menkes Builds 1 York on Spec
Menkes has begun building its massive Southcore Office Project on Spec. The name of the project 1 York will be a 37 floor office building with a height of 174 meters.
It will be the largest office tower built on Spec since the original Bay Adelaide Center in the 1990's. The original Bay Adelaide was to be 256 meters tall.

There is one poster on SSP from Edmonton who truly hates Toronto. I suspect that it was his wrath that caused the exodus of Toronto members from SSP in the early aughts (00's). Now his main gripe against Toronto is the number of skyscraper construction updates on SSP that I provide. In his logic why do so many people want to live in such a shithole.
