Here is a view from Harbourfront of the ICE Condo and the Waterclub Condos. ICE Condos being developed by Lanterra, is the tallest condo currently under construction in Southcore/Harbourfront Area. It is located next to the Air Canada Centre and Skydome, on the Bremner Entertainment Boulvard. The last stage of the project will be an Office Tower called 16 York currently in pre-sales at Cadillac Fairview.
The Harbourfront is also undergoing a major facelift, with new Streetcar tracks, new Streetcards, and a grand pedestrian focused street, that will bring Toronto Closer to the lake. This has long been a dream of city planners as the railway and Gardiner Expressway have long seperated the core of the downtown from the Lake Ontario Shore.
