Flaire Condominums is set in the heart of Don Mills, at the Shops of Don Mills, which is Canada's First Outdoor Mall. The project in perfect fit with the area, is defined by two long slung 11 floor towers connected by a four storey podium, and glamourous wrap around balconines. The project is being developed by the Fram Group and the design is by Giannone Petricone. The property is located at the intersection of Don Mills and Lawerence just a block north of Wynford Dr, and the Science Centre and highway access.
The Shops of Don Mills is an amazing outdoor mall, which gives the feeling of a small town community with all the amenties required by those with a busy lifestyle. It was the brainchild of the Cadillac Fairview Corporation and is the first of it's kind master planned retail community outdoors.
