Bremner Tower Construction Update
Quick Shot of the Bremner Tower in Southcore Financial Centre being developed by BC-IMC. It is the second office tower in the development, as the 18 York Tower (PWC Tower) has been completed since last year. The tower will be connected to the path through 18 York, Telus House, Union Station and Maple Leaf Square to the Financial Core. It is located South of the railway tracks and just north of the Harbourfront. The tower under-construction next to Bremner Tower is the Delta Hotel Southcore.
Developers Pushing Heights to New Records in Toronto
This is a repost from this summer, when Holt Renfrew Launched or submitted it's application for an 83 Storey Tower in Yorkville, we thought, due to uncertainty within the condo market, that might be it, however since, then we have learned of new developments by Oxford's twin 70 Floor - 1000 foot towers, Mirvish and Gerhy Teaming up for three 85 floor towers, and of course, now One Yonge, with it's almost 100 storey towers going forward...
