Looks Like the 100 Adelaide Office Tower of Oxford Properties is moving forward. The application has been filed with the city to have construction begin. I'm unsure as to whether they have signed up a client. But indications would lead me to believe with one Office Tower already under construction on pure "Spec" That this project probably has a tenant, as I couldn't see two office towers under construction without any signed tenants. The tower being 42 floors in hieght, will be one of the tallest towers in the downtown core.
