Ever wondered what the most expensive Toronto neighborhoods are, well so have I, and this is my unscientific breakdown of the most expensive neighborhoods in Toronto, starting at number 1 and working our way down to number 10

1. Rosedale

Old money lives here , when I say that I mean the people that live here were born into money - they didn't earn it themselves, they have a Trust Account, OK you get the picture .

2. Bridal Path

OK think the exact opposite of Rosedale and you get the Bridal Path. Nouveau Riche, and very in your face wealth. Showcase homes, lots of Ferraris Lamborghini's and Bentley's.

3. Forest Hill

Think a mix between number 1 and number 2 and you get number 3. 

4. Lawrence Park

Old Money that didn't do so hot.

5. Yorkville

Old money and new that wants to live in the hum and hustle of the downtown core

6. Kingsway

Refined living in South Etobicoke.

7. High Park

Millionaire Socialist and NDP Teaching corps.

8. Guildwood

Money that ended up on the wrong side of the tracks ( in this case the tracks are Victoria Park Ave.)

9. Islington

Hard to figure these guys out, but the best description would be money that really doesn't want anything to do with Toronto.

10. The Beach

NDP Socialist brigade on the other side of the Bloor Danforth Line. Oh yes and rich too. Socialists never had it so good.
