ICE CONDO has the worst management I have ever experienced ... I bought a condo in 2008 and paid about 20% in net few months ... The registration was done in April 2016. 8 years !!! ??? ... Plus, their customer service is so poor that despite numerous calls and voice messages no one bothered to return the call ... I will never buy any condo with this management and will certainly advise all my friends, family and acquaintances to never deal with these guys ... They are the nicest when collecting money but the worst in delivering any service .....
