The Selby - 170 meters which I thought was originally going to be condos has been converted to an Apartment Building (Stryker, where are you?). A floor has also been added and it might get a haircut by a meter or two on height with the shift to rentals. It has been bought by a US based Cash Equity group and all the previous condo purchasers have been given their money back.
