New Toronto Condo Project developed by Mizrahi developments, and is located at the intersection of Bloor and Yonge. Across the street is Bloor east project developed by Great Gulf Homes. The project will be designed by Foster and Partners from the United Kingdom.
Located near this project is a retail strip known as the Toronto mink mile. It is a very high end and luxurious part of the city where the International shops include Cartier Chanel Gucci Prada and other fine European brands.
