488 University is a 55 floor and 450 unit building being proposed along the Toronto Research and Innovation District in the downtown core. The units carry sizes from 550 square feet for a 1 bedroom unit all the way up to 1600 square feet for the three bedroom condos.
The building will feature amenenties within the SkyClub Lounge which will be be on two floors, and will have an open concept interior. There will be a fitness lounge and centre as well as cardio training. You can also dine at the SkyBar and grab a bit to eat. The design of the building will incorporate the existing office which will remain on the lower 30 floors and the new condo will be built on top. The building will feature luxury finishes from II by IV Design.
