20 Edward Promises New Restaurant Experience at the Former World's Biggest Bookstore

A new development by the Real Estate company Lifetime, is promising a new Restaurant Experience for the Edward Street Strip just north of the Atrium on Bay, were the World's Biggest Book Store now stands. The Bookstore is actually expected to close in the near future say a month or two, and today we can reveal some new pictures of the expected development which will replace it. Right now it's just restuarants, but I expect that a condo tower or two will likely also be part of the development. But time will tell on that count, apparently the lot was purchased for $52 million dollars, and that would mean selling a lot of sushi to get back a decent return at today's prices.
