155 Cumberland Condo Building in Yorkville Wins Multiple Awards

155 Cumberland in the Yorkville District

Here is the masterpiece of the Cumberland/Bloor Strip in all it's glory. One of the most facinating buildings ever constructed in Toronto and a true landmark this city is always craving for. The Building was designed and built by Quadrangle Architects and won numberous awards.

One of the awards which the firm won was the Royal Architectural Insitute of Canada's, Award of Excellence for Innovation in Architecture. The building has been described by the firm as 2009 House on top of 1960 house. As the original building was built in 1960, which the completed edition finished in 2009. In fact the lower portion of the building is actually office, while the upper floors are ultra luxury condos.
