Etobicoke Condo Boom
The condo boom, has impacted almost every area of Toronto and Etobicoke is no exception. The majority of the condo development occuring now, is happening on the Humber Bay Shores, where mega developments like Eau du Soleil are beginning their roll out, and other like Lago, are full into the sales cycle. The area is not just a suburb anymore, with the rapid transit links into the downtown core, suburban living has never been easer. And it offers a relative choice in comparison to living in Mississauga, which is a by all accounts a bit further out of the way.
