The establishment of the Edmonton office confirms Newmark Knight Frank Devencore's commitment to the rapidly growing Alberta market. This is the third office that Newmark Knight Frank Devencore has opened in the province since 2011.
The Edmonton office is a unique partnership. The leaders include Agron Miloti, President of Devencore Alberta's two Calgary Offices; Todd Walker, Principal, Vice-President Office Sales & Leasing; Byron Wakeling, Principal, Office Sales & Leasing; and Warren Cochlin, Principal, Vice-President Industrial Sales & Leasing.
Mr. Walker, Mr. Wakeling and Mr. Cochlin are experienced professionals with proven track records in the industry and come to Newmark Knight Frank Devencore from other corporate real estate firms.
