Echo Canyon Enclave Ranch. With views of Beartooth, Big Horn and Pryor Mountain, this property is protected on all sides by either state-owned or environmental preservation land, while the property itself is primed for either development or continued recreational use.

Three properties in Montana will be offered at auction on November 13 at two auction events. Each of the three properties, which includes a five-bedroom home, a 426-acre ranch and a ski-in, ski-out condo, will sell to the highest bidders with no minimums and no reserves. J. P. King Auction Company will conduct the auction events.

Sitting in the kitchen of his five-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom estate that has been his home since 1988, Ben Brown explains the magnificence of his home. "The whole house is open and full of light. We haven't put blinds on our windows because each one looks out over a mountain range or timber."
Mr. Brown's home sits on six acres behind a gated entryway and includes a large patio, a swimming pool and sauna, a media room and fitness center, along with two three-car, heated garages. Adjacent to the home is his 426-acre ranch, called Echo Canyon Enclave Ranch. With views of Beartooth, Big Horn and Pryor Mountain, this property is protected on all sides by either state-owned or environmental preservation land, while the property itself is primed for either development or continued recreational use.

"It's the last large property in the area. This land hasn't changed since it was part of the Crow Indian Tribe. It's never been plowed or cultivated, though it could be," Mr. Brown said. "The solitude is the best part. I can look out the window and see 15 wild turkeys wandering around like they have a deed on the place, but I can still go into Billings for lunch."

Echo Canyon Enclave Ranch also includes a seven-car garage with space for a 45-foot RV, a heated office and storage space, a barn, round training space and a rectangular riding space for the Tennessee Walking Horses Mr. Brown owns. It has a preliminary plan in place for 84 or 110 site developments with underground power and phone already in place.

Three hours away, sitting on the White Wing Run slope of Big Sky, the four-bedroom, four-bathroom condo is a convenient ski-in, ski-out unit, located just a short walk up from Big Sky Village. Selling fully furnished, the unit has two master suites, and indoor hot tub and a garage with an equipment and changing room.
