Charlie Condos Looking West Down King West.

Charlie Condos Looking West Down King West
The shoppers at the corner is set to become a mixed use office and residential development and the corner I took the photo from is home to the future King Blue Condos. In the distance beside Charlie, and Glas the Charlotte Condos are also moving into the construction stage as well.
Tux Condo Sales Centre for Great Gulf has been shut down. It was to be a 40 storey condo however, sales for the project were poor. And now Great Gulf has stalled the project.
Across the street is the Hyatt Hotel and "The Score" Network at the intersection of King and Peter.

Site Prep work has begun at the King Charlotte Condo Project in the Entertainment District just north of King Street and East of Spadina. This area of the Entertainment District has seen an explosion in growth of Condo towers, most notable nearby projects include, The Hudson Condominium, GLAS Condos, and the Charlie Condos. Down King Street west, attractions include Royal Alexandra Theater, Princess of Wales, and the TIFF Bell Lightbox, which is home to the Toronto International Film Festival.

The Condo takes it's name sake from the two adjoining streets of Charlotte and King which abut the property.
