This tower designed by Cresford, will rise 32 floors from the corner of Bay Street just north of Wellesley and is designed by Peter Clews of architectsAlliance. Better know as aA.

The building will feature 9 foot ceilings and smooth plaster. Extra deep balconies as well.

Tower is located across the street from the Britt Condo development project by Lanterra and U Condos by Pemberton Group. There is a nearby park, called St. Paul's which is adjacent to the church on the property across the street.
